Are you looking for a (temporary) accommodation? Check out our selection of suitable rooms, studios and apartments. Do you see something that you like? Make a profile and take out a subscription with KLIKenHUUR which enables you to respond on the accommodation of your choice.
After following these steps, you might be invited by the landlord or the rental company to view the accommodation with a few other candidates. Per accommodation, a maximum of 5 to 15 candidate tenants can respond (as stated on the website). You need to comply with the aforementioned selection criteria of the landlord. After the viewing, all candidate tenants can indicate whether they are interested in renting the accommodation after which will be decided who will be the new tenant. If there is more than one candidate tenant interested in renting the accommodation, there will be decided on an order of suitable tenants based on the selection criteria. If there are multiple tenants that meet all the selection criteria, there will be a draw.
