This all-inclusive price covers gas, water, electricity, internet/TV, and service charges. The studio is fully furnished. Amenities include a shared kitchen (2–3 kitchens per floor), a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (available at an additional cost), and shared bicycle storage. Please note that the bathroom and toilet are shared. When renting the studio, a Starter Package is required for €300. This includes end-of-stay cleaning, a complete kitchen set (plates, cutlery, dishes), and a full bedding set (sheets, pillows, duvet cover).
